After the phenomenal summertime debut of Wikio.fr in France earlier this year, we are pleased to announce the US launch of Wikio.com! Now Americans will be able to join the worldwide community of Wikio users in creating your own personalized pages of news, collected from numerous sites and blogs across the country. Interactivity is the name of the game: visit Wikio.com and post your own commentary to the popular news items of the day, vote on news reports that you consider the strongest, and post your very own news!
A news tool that blends articles from the media, blogs and Internet users, Wikio is first and foremost your site. We’d like to develop a closer relationship with each of you – through this blog, of course, but also directly on Wikio – and you can help us improve our service by contacting us: select the option “Report a bug” to help us perfect the site, the “Contact us” link to get in touch with our various teams, or “Suggest a source” if there’s a site you’d like us to reference.
Our thanks go to all those who have helped us up to now, and to those who will help us in the future. Thanks to you, we’ve taken great steps forward. Of course, we’re not finished yet and still have many ideas to work on to offer you an even better news service that’s ever more intuitive and, above all, more interactive. In the meantime, welcome to Wikio, and happy exploring!
