Back to school but little change at the top: French site Presse-citron still reigns supreme, followed by Spain's Microsiervos and the German site Basic Thinking... In total, France are still on top with 16 blogs in the top 50 followed by the Spainish who have 13 blogs in the top 50; Britain's blogging contingent is represented by 11 blogs and Germany's by 7 with 3 Italian blogs completing the list.
