Unsurprisingly after the recent changes to the calculation of our rankings, this month sees a number of movers and shakers. Obviously the new system and attendant Autumn-clean required a lot of work, so once again please do excuse us for the late release - obviously we wanted to get it right.
We'll start with the overall Top Ten where, as with the Technology section, Blah! Blah! Technology has stormed into 1st place, knocking previous table toppers TechDigest, the BBC's dotlife, gapingvoid and TechCrunch well into touch.
1 Blah! Blah! Technology
2 Iain Dale's Diary
3 Guy Fawkes' blog
4 Crooked Timber
5 The Guardian Books Blog
6 Coolest Gadgets
7 Liberal Conspiracy
8 xlab
9 ConservativeHome's ToryDiary
10 The Devil's Kitchen
Joining Blah! Blah! in the Top Ten are fellow Tech blogs Coolest Gadgets and xlab, the former gaining two and the latter gaining six places to go 2nd and 3rd in the Tech category itself. A special mention must go to imran.ali who made a colossal leap to go 4th, and also now sits just outside the overall Top Ten in 11th.
Iain Dale and Guy Fawkes retain remain on the front of the grid in Politics - they are 1st and 2nd respectively - with Liberal Conspiracy gaining 3 places to knock ConservativeHome's Tory Diary into 4th.
In Gastronomy The Guardian's Word of Mouth blog retains top spot; Spittoon leapfrogs its sister site SpittoonExtra to go second, and Greedy Gourmet falls a place to 4th.
And lastly Sport where Soccer Lens stays on top. Arseblog and F1 Fanatic each gain a place to go 2nd and 3rd respectively and Gunnerblog climbs 5 places to slide into 4th.

I'm all for any algorithmic changes that thrust me and my blog atop all others.
No complaints here!
