Wikio facilitates access to content on the news sites it references. As with any search engine, referenced articles are accessed via a direct link and Internet users have to go to the publisher’s site to read them. These sites are referenced automatically, but Wikio gives editors the opportunity to add to, amend or remove some or all of the referenced pages. A site official just needs to send an email to editor@wikio.com with his/her contact details. A researcher will call them back as soon as possible to verify their identity and proceed to make the desired changes
